I am a newby on ProjectLibre.  I am trying to install on Windows 7, 64bit and keep getting the error that Java is not installed (system requires 1.6 or better)

I currently have java version "1.7.0_11" installed.  I have also tried the following:

• Installed 64bit Java 1.6 - no success.
• Installed 32bit Java 1.7 - no success.

Any ideas?
