The year has started out with a bang as we now have over 3,300,000 downloads in over 200 countries.  The translations now are in over 21 languages!  The community support is appreciated.  We also have now surpassed 100,000 registered community members.

Plans for 2018:

  • ProjectLibre Cloud progress
  • ProjectLibre desktop update
  • Improve documentation
  • Create Training curriculum

ProjectLibre Cloud progress

The ProjectLibre team is not compensated, actually we pay to keep this going.  It is frustrating with the number of Fortune 500 companies significantly using ProjectLibre that we are not funded.  We truly appreciate the individual contributions!  That means everything to the team but it sure would be easier with corporate sponsorship.

The ProjectLibre Cloud version is a complete rewrite that is multi-project and hosted.  It is essentially like Google Docs compared to Microsoft Word.  It will have a significant impact but is heavy lifting!   It has been a long process and we are not cutting corners.

ProjectLibre Desktop update

There are over 3,300,000 downloads and it grows every month without a penny of marketing.  If anyone can alert the press it would be appreciated!  Project Management software may not be topical with all the new technology.  However, you don't build a bridge with an agile methodology. This is very important software and used in Fortune 500, SMB and Universities.

The desktop code is not the core focus of the team as we need to release the Cloud version.  However, there are areas like printing that need to be improved.  We appreciate the patience as we focus on the Cloud.

Improve Documentation:

The ProjectLibre documentation is really the biggest area the community can assist.  Here is the link   Please contact us if you can assist on improving the documentation.  We have many Universities using ProjectLibre for their Project Management classes.  It would be an incredible asset to have extra credit for contributions!

Create Training Curriculum

We would like to work establish ProjectLibre training curriculum.  Please contact us for details.

Once again,  thank you for the community support.  We have hit major milestones and are thankful for all the nice words.  We are looking for user stories!  Please send us an email with how you are using ProjectLibre.  We also want to support Universities.  We can schedule an online presentation to your class and also answer questions.  Please do consider how you can assist the ProjectLibre team!  We need assistance with documentation, company stories and the training material.

Best regards,

Marc, Laurent & team

The ProjectLibre group isn't adjusted, really we pay to keep this going. It is disappointing with the quantity of Fortune 500 organizations essentially utilizing ProjectLibre that we are not subsidized. We really welcome the individual commitments! That means the world to the group yet it beyond any doubt would be less demanding with corporate sponsorship. Write my Essay for Me

I am a Grade 9 student planning for the university; I am also a Canadian Citizen. I very much enjoy nuclear physics, and I wish to pursue the career in this field. The only university that offers nuclear engineering in Canada is the University of Ontario Institute of Technology. It seems like a respectable institution, but I am curious as to how this University is seen in the engineering world, and how the quality of education is. Kiwi Crate's Offers and Deals I sometimes wonder if I would be better off going into an electrical engineering course at the University of Toronto, as it may be more recognized if I were to pursue a Ph.D. and get a job. I am just not sure. Could someone care to weigh in on the subject?
