Earliest date...
What a fun question to research... I tried a number in the 60's and it didn't work but it looks like the earliest date is 01/01/70 which is actually 1970.
Project start date question
I think I got it to accept 1949, but I'm not sure. I've never used ProjectLibre, and I have a customized use for the Gantt chart portion of the program, if it works as I need.
As for the date, I need it to accept 1880. <---- No typo there.
