Resource Usage Limits

Hi All,
I have multiple tasks assigned to same person, and each task takes 5 days to complete. Once a new task assigned to same person -duration time is 5 days- new task listed on Gantt Chart that same person can complete two tasks on same time of period but it’s impossible, Resource filter proofs me, and shows resource usage is %200.
My question is; Is there any way to set a limit for not to exceed resource usage more than %100, so that ProjectLibre consider resource name as a predecessor and based on these resource usage it changes the finish date? Or Do I have to monitor resource usage and based on their priorities set predecessors by manually?

Manual resource leveling
You are correct... you can show the histogram below the Gantt chart and observe the overallocation. You can then manually move tasks to alleviate the overage. We are looking at automatic resource leveling in the future. This is a nice addition and we'll be working on it once PPMLibre is out the door this Summer.

Material Resource
Hi,
When I assign multiple tasks to same person (Work - Vikram), I can see the resource usage as 200% in the resource filter. However when I assign multiple tasks same material (Pumps), I can't see any resource usage.
My main requirement is to make pumps as an equipment (only 1 quantity is available) and it should be assigned only for one task for a particular time. If I try to assign 2nd task for pump usage for same period, it should highlight to me as an error.
