I wanted to update the ProjectLibre community on the progress with the beta program.  The Community has been terrific in sending feedback and even project files with errors.  This has helped the team quickly identify issues and make fixes.  We will have a beta releasing this coming weekend with fixes to the problems identified. It is important to keep using the forums and send us your feedback. Our goal is to make ProjectLibre the world's leading project management solution.  You are very early members of the ProjectLibre community.  Your impact on the success and future of the project are critical!  We will be a large community.....

We do see a great opportunity to continue with the development of ProjectLibre on the desktop and replace Microsoft Project. We have a lot of work to do but will get there and see a global community that will endorse on Linux, Unix, Mac or Windows!  We have had downloads now in 114 countries.  It has been a pleasure reaching out to members of the international community and hearing about their usage of ProjectLibre.  When things settle down a bit I am going to start a ProjectLibre blog that features communities, governments, companies and universities from around the world and communities using ProjectLibre.   In the interim, we are very focused on the next releases of ProjectLibre!  Thank you again for your support and we look forward to an engaged community!
