Role-Based Access Control

ProjectLibre Cloud is full featured project management in your browser. One of the key features of ProjectLibre Cloud is role-based access control. This allows you to set permissions for different users so that they can only access the projects and information they need. This is important for ensuring that sensitive project data is protected.

For example, you could create a role for project managers that allows them to create and edit certain projects, but not view other sensitive projects. You could also create a role for team members that allows them to view and update their tasks, but not create or edit projects.  Customer/Stakeholder roles can give access to view progress of their projects of interest. 

Project Management Tools

Another key feature of ProjectLibre Cloud is its advanced project management tools. These tools make it easy to create Gantt charts, network diagrams, and work breakdown structures. This information can be used to track progress, identify potential risks, and make informed decisions about your projects.

Network diagrams are a great way to visualize the relationships between tasks.  This information can be used to identify potential risks and ensure that your project is completed in the correct order.

Work breakdown structures (WBSs) are a great way to break down your project into smaller, more manageable tasks. This information can be used to better plan and manage your project.

Mulit-Project Features

ProjectLibre Cloud is also a great way to manage your portfolio of projects. The platform allows you to create daskboards on the fly and also view your portfolio of projects.  The dashboards are quickly configured to deliver key information on the projects you choose. This can help you to stay on the same page and avoid miscommunications.  The Portfolio view displays information on each project and can identify focus areas, risk, priority along with schedule and budget status or each project. 

For example, a project manager or executive can quickly view the portfolio of projects and identify which are requiring focus or course correction. This can be accomplished quickly using different key project data such as Schedule/Cost Performance indices or schedule/budget status. 

Easy to Use and import your existing desktop projects

ProjectLibre Cloud is easy to use. The platform has a user-friendly interface that makes it easy to find the features you need. The platform also offers a number of tutorials, videos and documentation to help you get started.  Existing desktop projects from Microsoft Project or ProjectLibre can simply be opened and you are managing projects in the cloud.

ProjectLibre Cloud is secure. The platform uses industry-standard security measures to protect your data. This includes encryption, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems.
