Is anyone able to advise if ProjectLibre is supported in a Citrix/Terminal Services Environment?

We are unable to get the application to be the default for all users. The application did not appear in the 'open with' menu on the servers where it was installed, and we have tried setting it as default through GPO with a default association xml.

If it is supported, is there a method to set ProjectLibre as the default for all users?
