Please, need help!

I'm a beginner. I have some problems with the view of the gantt chart and so, with the printer (to pdf or paper).

My project begins in march 2016 but the calendar/schedule view begins in november 2015. How could I adjust that the view begins in march? I'd like to present the gantt to my colleagues but with 5 months blank before it won't do it.

Is it possible, actually would be perfect, to have the gantt chart visible on only one page (pdf)?

I work on Windows 7 Entreprise.
