I added a column to write further information on the task and would like to stretch my line to the equivalent height of two lines. Is there any way to do this in Project Libre Desktop?

I am using Project Libre for the first time to plan my summer garden. I'm familiar with Earned Value Management from work, but this garden of course doesn;t require that level of complexity.
