Is there any interest in a VB-script type interface in ProjectLibre? I could use one to tie it into my software modeling tools.

The default language for the PL is Java, so if you open any option for developing applications software for this structure must be maintained. If your address is the development suggest reading the source code of the program for more information. I suggest visiting this address:
