Work and Duration

Hello,
I added the column "work" next to "duration". First is shown in hours, second in days. Is it possible to set both same? I prefer to work with days only. It is not very useful to work with thousend of hours if you want to set 100 or 200 days for a single task.

Work can be both but duration converts to days
I know that is not as flexible as you like.... you can enter Work in days or hours but it converts on duration to days
