How to change the time scale of GANTT

I have a standard template in ProjectLibre for the supply of a range of equipment. Depending on customer requirements I wish to retain but hide from view certain activity task rows as they do not form part of the scope of supply.

Is it possible to assign whether a task duration is including weekends and others as exclude weekends? In my case, the workforce will work week days only.
