How can I change the language to Russian? The interface itself is Russified, but when I enter new items, only the Latin alphabet works.

I'd like to create Polish translation of at least some major functions in Projectlibre. In fact I created one already, but I have problem with code page. I tried ANSI, Win1250, ISO 8859-2, UTF-8 and even CP852. But every time I see in Projectlibre wrong letters instead of polish national letters. Do you have any idea what should I do to make it work?

I've installed versions 1.5.7 and 1.6.2 after that, but they both installed the tool in Portuguese - I work mostly with English, but I can't find a way to change the tool language, neither during installation, nor after it's installed. Any thoughts on how to install it in English or change it to English?
