Can I format the date and time display

Good day, I am using ProjectLibre for the first time. Is it possible to remove the "time" from the default display and only display the "date"? I saw a discussion on this topic last night but cannot find it again. If my memory serves me right it was earmarked for future development. If the time cannot be removed can it be edited? Thank you in advance.

OK, I figured out how to edit the time. However, I still want to remove the time display in the start and finish field of the tasks. The project owner works on full days and is not interested in the time display?

Yes, I agree the time stamp needs to either change or be a choice.
Project Libre running on Microsoft Surface Book
After loading ProjectLibre on the new Microsoft Surface Book the program opens in a window that is scaled incorrectly. When you maximize the window, you still cannot read the dates on the calendar. Any suggestions for a way to run Project Libre and read the screen properly?
