Completing percent complete filed changes tasks dates

I'm facing a weird issue: in some cases, when I complete a field "Percent complete" tasks being moved on the chart. Happens mostly at FF relations. Example on a picture attached. Does anyone have a clue how to solve this issue? I'm using 1.5.9 version (Windows 7)

Strange scheduling
That is odd, can you send the project file to [email protected]. I want to confirm and get fixed if a problem thanks!

OK - I sent the tile and some example test scenarios. In general problems are visible for FF and SF relations of groupped tasks and/or projects where groups of tasks appearing. Sometimes putting % in one of the related task affects the other task (group of tasks).
