How can I display the "DURATION" column in hours (instead of days)?

My projects are rarely longer than a couple of days but I need to "drill down" to the hours and minutes for various disciplines so seeing the duration in "DAYS" doesn't help me...
How can I display the DURATION in "HOURS"? (see attached pic)
I tried adding the "WORK" column but that only shows the total man-hours per group (disciplines that are indented) and does not distinguish/separate between singular and concurrent activities.
Any help and/or suggestions would be most appreciated. Thank you in advance for your time and assistance.

Work column should be fine
I just tested and was able to see hours with Work. I entered a duration of 3 hrs and it shows as .375 days in the duration column but 3 hrs in the work column. It seemed fine with detailed (indented) tasks.
