What a great question and someone really paying attention to detail! We have the priority field here before we come out with the enterprise version. This will do a few things in regards to breaking a "tie breaker" between tasks and also projects. A good example is a conflict in resource assignments creating an overloaded time-frame. If you resource level (future release) the priority will indicate to ProjectLibre which task should be moved.... at this point it is a placeholder but if you are exporting back to Microsoft Project will in fact be exported..... we also import the priority which in the future will be useful.

Priority field
Hi Ben,
What a great question and someone really paying attention to detail!
Best regards,
Marc
