Save in xml microsoft format

I use ProjectLibre 1.5.1. I saved in xml format a test exercise with task-Resource assignment.

I compared node element Assignment with especification xml microsoft --> "http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/office/bb968611%28v=office.12%29.aspx". I saw node element /Assignment/UID is a node required to Microsoft but when I save in ProjectLibre don't use these node. Is normal? Can be ProjectLibre use another Microsoft especification?

Problem saving to XML

I am using Project Libre now for a few weeks and very pleased with the product but yesterday having created a significant extension to the plan I am working on (still under 400 lines), my ability to export as an XML seems to have failed. The plan file itself is fine and I can continue to work on it but I am unable to share with any colleagues unless they download ProjectLibre which some do not wish to do at this time. The only thing that I can call out that I did between one export and the next is creating a baseline.

Any ideas?

Addendum to previous comments above. I removed the baseline and it exports again... Not conclusive but suspicious.
