I´m new using ProjectLibre and it´s great. I´m just creating a proyect and trying to input the budget cost to the proyect, i assigned the cost at the resource tab but when i check the WBS graph all the costs don´t appear as budget. they appear es executed.

I have a few questions
1. Is there a possibility to set up a fixed budget for entire project and track it how much of it was spend? (by adding tasks and assiging resources with hour rate)
2. I've created tasks with fixed work:
- task1 Work=20
why I can't make Actual Work > Work - in this way I could see that task took more time in reference to the scheduled work.
