Zero metrics (Earned value etc) |
Hi,
Hopefully this will be a "Doh" moment! I'm sure I've just missed a simple step somewhere.
All the performance metrics for my project (earned value, CPI, SPI, CV etc) show up as zero. This is true both in the project summary view and for individual tasks.
I've baselined the project and started making changes to reflect real progress. 'Budget at completion' also doesn't reflect the summation of the individual task totals in case this offers any clues.

change working calendar input greyed out |
Hi,
I've just started using the program this morning. It's great and I know I must be doing something stupid.
When I create a new calendar for "evening and weekend working" I click on S for Saturdays. Instead of being able to input hours all the boxes are greyed out. I can get enabled boxes if I click the bottom of the 3 radio buttons. However, if I make any changes and click OK they aren't saved.
I could post a screenshot later. Any help would be much appreciated.
