As lecturer for different institutes I give lessons and train people in leadership. My favorite subject is SCRUM. Meanwhile hundreds of persons have passed their tests at scrum.org as Professional Scrum Master 1. Moreover, based on the experience in SCRUM, I have developed a leadership system for all companies to remove hierarchies, in order to speed up innovation.
