weekly shifts

I am trying to assign a group all the tasks of the projet to be compleated in a particular week. I would like to be able to switch assignment from the week and have the people on shift be assigned automaticaly to the tasks in the corresponding week. eg A task is not finished so it passes to the next week. That means that another team will compleate is. Is that possible?

Hello, Try selecting your activity block and go to the Task tab and locate the Update option. In the Update report to date Current Home. Note that the dates will be rescheduled for the date entered. For convenience, if you are using Windows OS use the CTRL key to select more than one activity. On the Project tab - Update Project is also possible to reschedule the work not completed. Hope this helps.
