1 | Printing the resource usage table | I was unable to print the resource usage table. While the option was there in the file section to select print. Nothing happens when I clicked the icon. I was also unable to create a pdf version. Is this normal? My intent was to provide a file or print-out for management to review the resource usage. |

3 | How to reorder tasks? | Hi, I tried to reorder subtasks, but the only way I found was to cut and paste. This is not really working well with dependencies... Somebody told me MS Project does this when pressing Ctrl+Arrow up/down. I tried Shift (selecting, as expected), Ctrl, Alt, AltGr, Windows, ... but to no avail. Is there some other way to reorder tasks? Thanks, nobi |

4 | Setting Resource Availability | Hi, I have just started to take a look at ProjectLibre and have a question regarding changing resource availability. I would like to set the availability for individual resources to 0% for example when people take vacations. The Resource Information form has 'Availability', but if I enter a start date with 0% and then a later end date with 100%, there is no change in the resource availability displayed in the resource histogram and tasks are not lengthed to allow for the vacation. Any suggestions as to what I should be doing would be great. |
