How do I show vertical grid lines when I print (like on XL). I have a 6 month construction project with a lot of operations, and its difficult to see which day a later operation starts on. And how do I save the chart as an A1 size pdf? I need to put the whole chart on a wall in one piece not 12 sheets stuck together, but although I can print to A1, I can't save as an A1 pdf.

How do I move the chart down the page to allow me to put a project title above the chart? And what have I done that makes my chart print in red rather than blue? I can't find a colour choice anywhere.

So, I'm a newbie here, I have created by programme spreading over several months.

Firstly I need to block out Xmas holidays - any ideas?

Second, I would refer to show the grid when printing. I can show rows, but can't find a show columns button anywhere - any ideas on this one as well?
