When i click the help button the ProjectLibre homepage opens but I get the message "access denied". What do I need to acccess the on-line help?

There has been a lot of progress on the documentation with ProjectLibre.  The community contributions are truly appreciated.  We do need more content added to the dccumentation.

The contact form does not seem to be  working.   While logged in as a different test user, I've email myself using the contact form on my profile page.  Never got the message.
