I run a small bespke carpentry and joinery workshop with three prodcution staff and part time office staff. I have never used any project managment software before but it appeals to me so as to plan my production schedules better etc  I was wondering if anyone might point me to some sample project files I can look at or point me to other resources other than the manual where I can learn how best use  the tool. Its important to bare in mind my material base is endless as is the type of product I make - could be a timber window one day - table the other or fixing a notice board on site. Each operative may work on all, one or part of each job. A delay in one can kick back delivery dates on other work and I have trouble mamaging the impact of this. Reading Manual but would be great to see finished programme of works.
