Does anyone know how to enter a fixed time cost for an activity in a Baseline Cost (must be fixed and no specific resource info is available)?

I was able to enter the costs in Fixed Cost column but really wanted to specify that it's a baseline fixed cost...

I have a project with 1 task.  It is a fixed work task that has a WORK of 8 hrs.

I assign it a resource which works 4 hr/day.

I have created a Gantt chart in ProjectLibre, and I set the current day's date in the "Project Information" window.  On the computer screen, a green line shows today's date.  This is fine.

I got 8 tasks in and was linking them all serially by typing in the predecessors manually everything was working great until the start date quit changing on the 7th task. 

I am trying to install Project Libre on a machine with Windows 8.1 installed and I am coming o this error. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I am not finding a way to save my changes to the layout of Network (PERT) or WBS diagrams. I reorganize them to how I would like them to appear, but when I go to print PL automatically reverts back to its default configuration.

I know I found the project/task deadline option  at some point but I cant seem to locate it now.

How do you change the calendar to a 7 day work week versus 5?  I have tried a number of things..changing the number of hours in a work week to 56, tell it there are more days per month...I don't see a way to just say there are 7 work days per week.  I went to File, Calendar...as I want this to ap
