Does ProjectLibre have an official ECCN classification, and is it EAR99?

I'm a new ProjectLibre user and must say, first, that I love the software. Overall, I have been tremendously satisfied. I am using ProjectLibre to help a company manage the environmental permitting process for several dozen pieces of equipment located on multiple sites.

Is there a function, which assigns the WBS # automatically based upon the task outline (like MS Project does)?  Or is it manual entry only?  Thanks.

When creating a project the current date may be 13th August, but In the planning the first procees will not commence until the 16th August. With that the final process will finish by the 25th August.

I am able to specify varying availability over time for a given resource using the 'Available From' and 'Max Units' columns of the table under the 'Resource Availability' tab of the Resource Information dialogue (accessed by double clicking on a resource).  However, the 'Histogram' chart does not

What versions of MS Project does ProjectLibre replace?  I have a 19Meg MSProject 2007 file and while it opened it and shows the activities, upon close inspection, 50% of the dates have been trashed, making this real annoying.  Do I have to so something special for 2007 file?

There were two nice articles written on ProjectLibre.  I included the older one as it has a video overview. 

The team wanted to send out an update on a few different items, a lot of great news.  The community is growing rapidly. We have a dedicated group developing, testing and getting community feedback.   There are amazing projects from around the world that are relying on ProjectLibre.

Currently, the task type defaults to "Fixed Units".  Is there any way to change it?  Right now, I have to manually change the type for every task I create.  Very tedious.

My projects are rarely longer than a couple of days but I need to "drill down" to the hours and minutes for various disciplines so seeing the duration in "DAYS" doesn't help me...
