62 Multiple Users to Access One Project

We want to have multiple users update their individual task progress. My test shows multiple users can access one file, but no warning or other message appears to show if more than one person has the project file (.pod) open. Is the .pod file protected from corruption if more than one person is actively updating it at the same time? Is there a mult-user function built into ProjectLibre?

63 New significant release of ProjectLibre

We are pleased to announce the release of ProjectLibre 1.5.5.  This has significant improvements, most that are not visible.  We previously announced the ongoing effort to complety rewrite the ProjectLibre codebase. This process is  well under way and will be released with a target of late Summer.  Laurent and the team are amazing!  It is common knowledge that we exclusively wrote the OpenProj code a decade ago.  The code is complex and virtually impossible to attract code contribution due to the complexity.

65 How to set precise end times for milestones?

Hi,

I just downloaded PL for testing on OpenSuse 12.1. I am thinking of using it for planning a school event. However, I ran into a critical problem. It seems impossible to set precise times for milestones, e.g. from 2013-03-19 10:00 to 2013-03-19 11:30. PL always resets the end time to 17:00. That's bad because it screws up the time tracking...

67 Project Size Limit?

Can anyone tell me what the project file size limit is for ProjectLibre?

I have just downloaded ProjectLibre version 1.5.2 and tried to open a relatively large (30,000 line / 25MB) MS Project 2010 file but it hung with the file opening green bar graph at 1/3 point.  It opens smaller MS Project 2010 project files perfectly OK.

Is this a known limit / issue and is there a work around / fix for this?

Thank you.

68 New features in ProjectLibre 1.5

Hello Comunity.

Testing the ProjectLibre 1.5, I enjoyed the initiative and would like to know if there is forecast to launch new enhancements such as graphical indicators of the project - task and resources, project reports - task - feature, formatting as general schedule texts and Gantt chart.

Thanks.

69 relative timeline in weeks?

Is it possible to use a relative timeline in weeks for example?. That is, instead of full dates (for starting/ending and duration of task) use simple numbers indicating the week from the start of the project (which should be week 0).
