Import Outlook Calendar

Hello,

Is there anyway to import my outlook calendar so my "busy time" populates automatically? I am trying to organize and prioritize my tasks, but it seems I have to enter all my blocked times manually.

Thanks,

DB

Is there a way to report on those tasks that are due to complete for a particular date range?  This is the informatin that I'd like to carry into a project meeting:  "Here are the tasks that are scheduled to complete next week, are we on track for those tasks?"
