| Duration : Days Vs Hours | Hi Using the example where a 3 hour task will take 3 days to complete due to only having 1 hour available for project work on each day, is there any way that this can easily be built into the plan, to give easy visualisation that although a task is spanned over 3 days there is only 3 hours work? |

| Update task completion with actuals | How do I update a task that finishes ahead of schedule without having to change the planned duration? I've tried the obvious step of selecting a task and pressing the update button. The Update Tasks window pops up with what I take to be the planned duration/start/finish in the top and actuals in the bottom. However, all the fields seem to be linked to each other. I'm basically forced to change the planned duration to be the actual duration, making the idea of separate actual and planned durations meaningless. | jimfenton | North American User Community | Sep, 23, 2014 |

| Preserve existing Baselines? | I am opening some existing .mpp files created in Microsoft Project, but I don't see the original baseline. Is it possible for Project Libre to open the Microsoft files and preserve the existing Baselines? Thanks, Spaceit

| Limited Resources and Task Completion Calc | Hi, I am new to ProjectLibre. I am wondering how to solve the following problem of a resource having a limited input on a project per day and the resultant period over which that task would be completed. Example Resource1 works 1 hours on a project per day. Task duration = 8 hours. Therefore, Task completion time should be 8 working days. If it started 30.10.13 then it would be completed 08.11.13 (8 working days later). How do I implement this? |

| Can 2 different users be on the same project? | Hi, I'm very new to ProjectLibre and project managment systems overall (I'm familiar with Asana). Is it possible for 2 different users to share the same project tasks and timelines? If so, how do I share my project with the other user? Any help or tips is appreciated. Best, JN |

| pdf export problem with cyrilic letters in task names | Hello, I've discovered a problem while project exporting into the pdf file. The problem appears only if there are tasks names with cyrilic letters. On preview it looks exactly as expected but in uploaded pdf russian words are missed. I am using ProjectLibre Version 1.5.7. Example pdf screen is attached. Did I do something wrong or this is a defect? | Olga | Global User Group | Sep, 23, 2014 |
